Tart Tartelette Amazonian Clay Matte Palette

The colors on this Tart Tartelette Amazonian Clay Matte Palette are drop dead gorgeous! The “In Bloom” eyeshadow palette is just as gorgeous and has a few shimmery shades. But I’ve been finding myself gravitating more and more toward matte eyeshadows for use on a daily basis. This palette has all the neutral colors a girl could one to create plenty of daytime and evening looks, too. It’s richly pigmented and I haven’t had any problems with fallout so far. You can get it at Sephora, Amazon or department stores ( I picked mine up at Macy’s.)

Maybelline Dream Cushion Liquid Foundation

Cushion compacts are becoming more and more trendy these days, they’re basically portable liquid foundations that come in a cute little compact so you can take them with you wherever you go! To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised at how good this Maybelline Dream Cushion Liquid Foundation on-the-go is. It has SPF 30 and goes on smoothly. No dryness, no flakiness and has a nice almost-dewy finish. I started using this foundation when I ran out of my daily Jane Iredale powder and find the coverage is really buildable and doesn’t need any extra powder on top to “set” the look. And, it takes about to two minutes to apply!

I can’t remember the last time I tried a drugstore foundation but have to say, this one is pretty good. You can use it with or without the enclosed sponge and I love that it feels light on the face but provides the coverage I need. I’m pretty picky about my foundation and this one is a win. You can get it at Ulta or Amazon.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

There’s a reason all the beauty bloggers rave about Garnier Micellar cleansing water, it’s a game-changer! I mentioned this one before in my post about my favorite drugstore beauty buys and this one still tops my list as one of my 2016 best in beauty picks. This stuff really cleans your skin. And when I mean clean, I mean when my makeup cleansing wipes come out clear, one swipe of this Garnier Micellar cleansing water proves otherwise. It still picks up more grime and dirt. You can get this pretty much anywhere and it’s less than $10.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid

It’s nearly impossible to find a great sunscreen that doesn’t stink and doesn’t give you greasy skin that’s impossible to apply makeup over. But this La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid may be the new holy grail of sunscreens. It doesn’t smell and has a MATTE finish. That’s right, a matte finish that you can easily layer any makeup over. WIN!

It’s a broad spectrum sunscreen, fragrance-free, paraben free and water resistant for up to 80 minutes. Amazon has this for just $26! You can also find it at Target (which currently has BOGO 50% off skincare) and Skincare.com.

Maybelline Facestudio Master Conceal

My go-to concealer at the moment is RMS “Un” Cover up, I love its creamy texture and that it’s an all natural product. But when I need a little bit more coverage I layer on or reach for the new Maybelleine Master Conceal. Just a tiny drop really camouflages those dark circles, which I have plenty of! I tend to use this product evenings before going out. The formula is a little matte and dry, but doesn’t cause any flakiness, I just dab it on and find it really sinks in. Cheapest prices are at Target and Amazon.
