When I sent out my reader survey at the beginning of the year, by far the most-requested content addition was more Home posts! And as a total home decor addict–I’m seriously at Home Goods on a weekly basis–I get it. It’s hard to resist the compulsion to constantly freshen up your home!
This week, I decided to roundup my favorite places to shop home decor online + a few tips as well.
Best Places to Shop Home Decor Online
Furniture
I rarely, if ever, buy furniture online. I need to see the texture, scale and materials up close and in person. I do, however, frequently shop for small pieces or accent furniture online. When I do, I head to:
{Chair/rug/flowers/table/pillow: Home Goods. Wall art: Target}
Art
Art is so personal, but it can really make all the difference in your place! Some recent places I’ve bought art from include:
- Minted: I have a few pieces in my dining room from them and they have gorgeous one-of-a-kind affordable art for your living room, office or even that nursery! Use code SPRING17 for 15% off through Monday!
- Etsy: Etsy is a total goldmine for unique finds. I have several nursery prints I purchased from Etsy and there’s some really talented artists here.
- Z Gallerie: When I’m looking for large scale art, I always go to Z Gallerie. They have some interesting pieces and you can often see so many in real life or order online!
Home Decor/Accents
- Home Goods: This place is a godsend and my all-time favorite. I’m also often at TJ Maxx (same company) looking for unique pieces. From pretty florals to wall art and lovely accent chairs, their style and prices are unbeatable.
- One Kings Lane: A bit more pricey, but high-quality pieces that will make a statement. there are some exceptionally gorgeous pieces here.
- Target: Because, let’s be real, Target home section really does rock it! I’m currently crushing on the Pillowfort for kids collection as I’m working on a big boy room. Psst: Home is 20% off right now through 3/11!
