Pregnancy Update: 26 Weeks

How far along are you? 26 weeks! Baby weighs around two pounds and it’s my last week before the 3rd trimester!

Symptoms? My reflux issues seem to have dissipated for now, yay! But I have had some Braxton Hicks contractions, which I don’t remember the first go-round.

Cravings? I’m craving healthy lately, I think it’s partly the heat and partly that there’s no room to be stuffed silly! Fish, quinoa and veggies is what I’m wanting.

Exercise? Yes, I suddenly got motivated! Hit the gym earlier this week and started stretching again.

Weight gain/loss: I haven’t checked since last time, I think I don’t want to know. But my Dr. says it’s right on track.

Maternity clothes? It’s getting really hot this week so I’m living in regular non-maternity dresses that are flowy. TJ Maxx and Target are my go-to these days. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on this Target dress and this T-shirt dress. A maxi skirt and these maternity tanks + a cute kimono are also easy outfit ideas these days. Like this kimono from Pink Blush!

Belly button? In….for now…

Baby is the size of: a large zucchini.

Sleep?: I need lots of it. But, I am sleeping!

Labor signs: No

Wedding rings: On

Movement: I am apparently carrying a future ballerina. I can’t believe how much she assaults me in there!
