Summer travel season is here! If you’re looking for some cute ideas on what to wear to the airport when it’s hot out, this post has you covered.

While it may be summertime when you’re traveling, airports and airplanes tend to be freezing so layering is absolutely key!

Lightweight fabrics make great layering pieces; you’ll also want to consider your travel plans when choosing your outfit. Do you need to be ready for adventure straight off the plane or do you have time to stop and change your clothes?

I’m a pilot’s daughter and have traveled plenty and all-black is easy and looks expensive (which is great if you’re hoping to get upgraded to First Class!).
