An Easy and Low-Key Casual Valentine’s Day Outfit Idea
Not sure what to wear for Valentine’s Day yet? Whether or not you have a date, I always think it’s fun to wear a little red or pink. This casual Valentine’s Day outfit idea is perfect for doing something low-key with your bestie or beau, or just your regular OOTD.

When I think of a casual Valentine’s Day outfit, I think of jeans and a cute blouse. These distressed Hudson jeans are one of my current favorite pairs, as they’re so easy to dress up or down.
Now that I’m married and have a toddler at home, it’s common for us to have a casual Valentine’s Day.
This year, I’m thinking of taking a cooking class. A dinner out is fun, but I hate fighting the crowds on Valentine’s Day (and pay twice as much as usual).
If we do go out for dinner I like to do it a few nights before to avoid crazy crowds. Fighting for a reservation and being lumped in with a ton of people kinda just kills the romance for me.
We’ve also done a few casual Valentine’s Day at home. We’ll pick up something extra special, like some lobster, and open up a bottle of Champagne. Really, it’s not as important what you do as who you do it with, right?
