Inside My Tea Party Baby Shower at Arcadia Farms Café
This June, my mom and friends threw me the most lovely tea party baby shower at Arcadia Farms Café, loaded with girly goodness! It was a beautiful way to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our baby girl. And a fun way to spend the afternoon!
Tea Party Baby Shower Idea
Since this is our second baby, I wanted a Baby Sprinkle that was a lot less about baby gear and games and just a small celebration with close friends and family. A little tea party was the perfect fit and we all got into the theme by getting tea party hats.
The majority of us got our hats on Amazon, they actually have a ton of gorgeous tea party hats! And they’re really cheap, too. Honestly, it made me feel like we should all wear hats a little more often.
Since the event had plenty of tea, mimosas and treats, we really didn’t need any baby shower games. Of course if it’s your first baby, you could absolutely do tea party baby shower-themed games.
We did opt for a cute headband-making station which is such a fun baby girl baby shower idea! I had no idea these existed and thought it was the cutest. (If you’re having a boy, check out my Baby Boy Baby-Q here and my baby boy baby shower here.)

There are a ton of these cute headband kits on Etsy and Amazon, and I love that it’s interactive and not one of those silly games that makes you cringe and feel uncomfortable.
As for my outfit, I feel like when it comes to a baby shower people want to see bump, so I ordered this maternity dress from ASOS. (I usually wear a lot of non-maternity, but maternity clothes has a way of “accenting” things.) Plus, it was darling and is currently half off, under $25!!!
No gear, no gift openings, no awkward games. Just a lovely afternoon with loved ones to celebrate our baby girl!
This tea party baby shower was just gorgeous and I’m so lucky and grateful to everyone who helped make this day so special.
This theme would also be a gorgeous bridal shower idea!
