How to Host a PJs and Prosecco Party

I’m SO excited about today’s post because it’s brought to you by a brand we stock weekly–La Marca Prosecco! I’ve been dying to throw this PJs and Prosecco party idea for awhile now. I don’t always have time anymore to do a big girl’s night out but still love a girly get together. And what could possibly go better for a girl’s party than some prosecco?! It’s fun, festive and my drink of choice whether we are out and about or having a casual drink at home. Prosecco goes with everything!

I wanted to make it a PJ party–even though it was a brunch time idea–just to make it more laid back and fun. I mean, getting ready is fun and all but PJs makes the whole affair feel casual, and the prosecco brings the sparkle!

For my PJs and Prosecco party, La Marca was the obvious choice. It is my personal favorite prosecco and one we always keep in our wine fridge! I like to buy the single-serving bottles for when I’m in the mood for a little “happy hour” at home but don’t want to commit to an entire bottle. And pretty much anytime we have a dinner party, my friends bring over La Marca because they know it’s my favorite!

Prosecco and sweets are an obvious pairing, so I picked up some pretty-in-pink cupcakes for the girly theme. La Marca is also a great introductory bottle of sparkling if your friends aren’t as familiar with prosecco–it’s crisp, fresh, heavenly and honestly, I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like it. Now that it’s getting hot, I crave a cool, refreshing sip and La Marca is perfect! Plus, bubbles are always festive.

We served full-size bottles for the party and I bought the minis as take-home party favors. I didn’t plan much as entertainment because really, all girls need is a little bit of prosecco and it’s time to gab. A PJs and prosecco party would be such a cute bachelorette party idea or even bridal shower idea. But I thought it was fun “just because”. It’s so easy to pull together, too!

If you’re thinking of throwing your own PJs and Prosecco party, here are a few tips:

Keep it simple

I opted for sweets paired with La Marca, it was light bites and so easy! That was another reason I chose a brunch time, no worrying about serving a dinner!

Stick with a theme

Don’t go overboard on party decor, you can make things easy with spring colors. I went with pink, gold and mint to match with the pretty baby blue label.

This is such a fun idea!!! Who doesnt love a pj party!?! Add a little morning sparkle and those cupcakes and it calls for the perfect party. Love the color theme you picked as well!
